RAN Engineer

We seek a highly skilled and experienced RAN Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Radio Access Network (RAN) configuration and deployment background.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure FSUE/CSIM/Uctool for RAN operations.
  • Create YAML files for RAN/Node configuration.
  • Install and configure servers for RAN operations.
  • Manage Jenkins jobs for VDU and CSIM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to RAN configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to RAN configurations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a RAN Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of FSUE/CSIM/Uctool configuration.
  • Proficiency in creating YAML files for RAN/Node configuration.
  • Experience with server installation and Jenkins job management.
  • Strong understanding of basic network and switch configurations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantages:

  • Certification in RAN configuration or related field.
  • Experience with advanced network technologies and protocols.
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies.
